WOW Keynote Speech
A passionate talk about WOW.  Participants will learn the framework for WOW customer service and the philosophy behind WOW.  A WOW experience for all!

WOW full or half day seminar
In this workshop/seminar, participants will learn the basics of WOW, will learn how to grade themselves and will come away with a game plan for the future.

WOW customized workshop 
Typical workshops involve six or less participants but can be tailored to each client and situation.  Included are follow-up sessions to review WOW, evaluate actual calls the participants have handled since initial training.  Ongoing workshops can be incorporated.

Workshops typically include the following:

  • Meeting with your management to develop implementation strategy for WOW workshop
  • Conference call with WOW participants to explain the program and to arrange taping of calls prior to seminar
  • 3-4 hour WOW seminar to participants
  • Follow-up session with participants within 30 days of initial training
